Firstly, we have a booking system that makes it easy for you to view availability, book the rooms, avoid clashes, and view or cancel bookings. Additionally, the system sends an email to you when a booking has been made. This will ensure that bookings are confirmed and that you always have detailed information about your booking. From that email, you can also easily change or cancel your bookings.

Please visit book.expsyted.com for all bookings. You will need to create a login. I've recorded a video to show you how to use the new booking page and to view, change or cancel bookings.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your bookings, please go into My Appointments in your portal and clearly specify what changes you require. The time that you finish changing it is automatically recorded in the system.

Please note that the 24-hour cancellation policy applies for Flexible bookings.
