Soft radio may be played in the waiting area to help with privacy by preventing conversations to be overheard.

An Amazon Dot is situated on the coffee table in the waiting area. It is activated by voice commands.

- Please choose an easy listening radio station. e.g. More FM. 

- Please keep the volume to around 25%.

To turn on the radio, say the command:

"Alexa, turn on More FM"

"Alexa, change volume to 25%"

To turn off the radio, say:

"Alexa, turn off the radio"
